4. Orders, Payments & Trade Accounts
a. Consumer Purchases
Products listed on our website are available for retail purchase. Payments are securely processed via approved gateways. Prices include VAT where applicable.
An email confirmation will follow every order. This does not constitute acceptance of the order — we reserve the right to cancel or amend before dispatch.
b. Trade Accounts
Trade prices are available exclusively to verified and approved trade partners. These are accessible only via the designated login area. By registering for a trade account, you agree to the Trade Terms of Sale, which may be amended from time to time.
Trade clients must keep pricing, materials, and training content confidential and must not redistribute without permission.

5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (UK time).​
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

International Orders & Customs
For orders to Extra-EU countries, taxes and customs duties are not included at checkout. Customs duties vary from country to country and we are not able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control. For this reason, any additional customs clearance costs should be borne by the buyer.For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite you to contact your local customs office as these costs may vary.
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Samraj-Brown is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our eyewear. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return process.
Return Conditions:

• Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless defective.

How to Request a Return:
Email info@samrajbrown.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, return instructions will be sent. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.
Refunds:

• Issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
